By accessing and using ReloConnect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Carriers must provide valid MC and DOT numbers, which will be verified against FMCSA databases. Moving companies must provide valid business documentation and insurance certificates.
All payments are processed through Stripe Connect. ReloConnect facilitates payments but is not responsible for payment disputes between parties. Payment terms are agreed upon between movers and carriers for each individual load.
ReloConnect acts as a marketplace platform connecting movers and carriers. We are not responsible for the actual transportation, damage, or loss of goods. All transportation contracts are between the mover and carrier directly.
Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or any activity that violates federal or state transportation regulations. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
